Cancellation and Order Change:

Bicycle Order Cancellation:

Bicycle order cancellation must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel a bicycle order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, we can recall your order, or you can refuse the delivery upon receipt, but a 14% return fee will be charged. All shipping fees are non – refundable.

Accessories, Goods and Parts Cancellation:

If you want to cancel an accessories, goods or parts order, you need to contact our customer support team within 24 hours after placing the order for further assistance. Due to warehouse processing, we cannot cancel the order after 24 hours.

Pre – orders and Back – orders:

You need to contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Order Change:

Once you place an order, we will be unable to modify the items in the order. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your current order and help you place a new order to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please refer to the return policy below.

Address Change:

Once your order is confirmed, we will be unable to update the shipping or billing address for accessories, goods or parts orders.

All bicycle orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, you will not be able to submit an address change request to the carrier. If you need to apply for a change in the bicycle delivery address, please directly contact our customer support team. Address changes for bicycle orders must be approved by w-ebike and an additional rerouting fee will be charged.

Warehousing Fees:

All bicycle orders are delivered by third – party carriers. If you are not at home at the scheduled time, miss the delivery slot, or need to postpone the delivery date after the bicycle has been shipped, we will charge an additional fee before delivering your bicycle.

 

 

Returns and Refunds:

 

Bicycle Returns:

We guarantee product quality and do not accept returns of used or opened items. Proof of unopened items needs to be verified by photos and submitted to our customer support team within 14 days after delivery.

If the return is approved, w-ebike will provide further instructions. After receiving the item and passing the inspection, w-ebike will issue a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. All shipping fees are non – refundable.

Battery Returns:

All battery purchases are final sales. We do not accept battery returns or exchanges, except when clearly covered by our warranty and only after obtaining our replacement approval.

Refunds:

w-ebike can only refund all amounts to the original payment method. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact your bank institution for further assistance. It may take your bank up to 7 – 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
